Role: Travel MedSurg RN
Provide high-quality medical/surgical nursing care to patients with a wide range of conditions. Support recovery by creating a compassionate environment for patients and their families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes.
Key Duties
- Assess, monitor, and manage patient conditions in a MedSurg setting
- Deliver bedside nursing care, including medication administration and treatment support
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery needs
- Coordinate with physicians and other clinicians to ensure safe, effective care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license
- Proven MedSurg nursing experience and strong clinical judgment
- Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Solid documentation, organization, and attention to patient safety
