Role: Registered Nurse for Med Surg unit
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care through assessments, care plan development, medication administration, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Monitoring patient conditions and supporting post-surgical recovery
- Educating patients and families to promote understanding and engagement
