Registered Nurse (Adult Medical)
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult medical patients on an inpatient medical unit. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications, manage IV therapy, and monitor telemetry to support safe, effective treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Support patient and family education to promote understanding and self-management
- Ensure accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to clinical changes
- Deliver care aligned with a compassionate, continuous-learning culture
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong assessment, medication administration, and IV management skills
- Competence in telemetry monitoring and interpreting patient data
- Effective communication and teamwork with healthcare providers
- Detail-oriented, with strong EHR documentation practices
