Registered Nurse (Neuro Med Surg Acute Care)
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for patients with neurological and medical-surgical needs. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications, monitor patient responses and condition changes, and coordinate and support prescribed treatments.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary support staff to ensure safe, effective care. Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and recovery expectations. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and follow established standards of practice and patient-safety protocols.
