Medical-Surgical/Intermediate Care Nurse
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical conditions. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, including management of complex patient cases. Administer medications, monitor telemetry when indicated, and continuously track patient status to support safe, high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, communicate effectively, and educate patients and families. Contribute to safe discharge planning by supporting transition of care and addressing patient and caregiver needs.
