Registered Nurse (Inpatient Med Surg)
Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care for inpatient medical-surgical patients. Conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.
Key duties
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient condition
- Administer medications and implement ordered care
- Coordinate and communicate treatment plan needs with the care team
- Educate patients and families on care, safety, and discharge instructions
- Promote patient safety and adherence to clinical standards

Qualifications & skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to deliver compassionate care
- Effective communication and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team
- Competence in medication administration and patient monitoring
- Ability to educate patients and support informed decision-making
