Nurse Extern (Adult Med Surg, PRN)
Support registered nurses in providing direct patient care in an adult medical-surgical unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care tasks including obtaining vital signs.
- Provide hygiene support and assist with activities of daily living.
- Help with patient mobility and safe transfer activities.
- Document patient information and complete assigned charting tasks under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Prioritize care needs in a fast-paced acute care environment.
