Medical Scribe to support primary care providers with documentation that enables high-quality, patient-centered care for adult patients on Medicare.
Responsibilities:
- Document patient encounters in real time, accurately recording histories, exams, assessments, and care plans in the electronic health record.
- Prepare and organize patient charts and maintain key clinical information.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and meets quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support coordinated, community-based care.
- Contribute to improving access and outcomes for underserved populations.
