Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
- Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
- Work safely and maintain alertness as this role is safety-sensitive.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree, RN license, no prior experience needed.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
