Medical/Oncology – Clinical Nurse (Part-Time)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring seamless communication across care settings.
  • Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
  • Supports a safe environment by adhering to protocols, recognizing safety-sensitive responsibilities, and working alertly and safely at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Licensure: Valid RN license.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; two years of experience preferred.
