Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with preferred certification in Medical Technology or Laboratory Science.
- For technicians: an associate degree with certification or eligibility as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
- Military experience in relevant medical lab roles is welcomed.
- Ability to perform in a clinical environment, follow procedures, and demonstrate competency through exams.
