Medical ICU Registered Nurse providing high-quality, evidence-based care for critically ill adult patients.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement complex nursing care plans.
- Manage ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring; continuously evaluate and respond to changes.
- Administer IV medications and perform complex critical care nursing interventions.
- Respond to emergencies and stabilize patients using clinical judgment and established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and discharge guidance.

Qualifications & Skills: Current RN licensure, strong critical care nursing skills, ability to manage high-acuity patients, proficiency with ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring, and effective communication and teamwork.
