Medical Doctor – Live Well Homecare

Seeking a full-time Physician (MD/DO) with CA licensure for an expanding health center in Scotia, CA.

Must be self-directed, team-oriented, with strong communication and computer skills.

Experience in primary care and treating all ages required; Medicare/Medicaid eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, interpreting tests, providing therapeutic procedures, counseling patients, and developing care plans.

Supervise mid-level practitioners.
