Role: Provides direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in accordance with standards.
Responsibilities:
- Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication administration.
- Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.
- Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients.

- Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness to ensure safety.
Qualifications & Skills:
- RN license with a nursing diploma or associate’s degree; BSN preferred.
- No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for BSN holders.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
