- Develops and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing; RN license required.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 2+ years of experience.
- Ability to work safely and maintain alertness is essential.
