Role Overview

We are seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents in accordance with physician orders, ensuring safety, accuracy, and dignity. The role involves adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Administration, accurately documenting in MAR/TAR, monitoring residents during and after medication passes, and reporting any concerns promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Follow infection control and safety standards
• Maintain organized medication carts and rooms
• Complete narcotic counts as per policy
• Observe residents for health changes and symptom relief
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED, age 18+
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience in senior care preferred
