Role Overview

The Medication Aide/Med Tech ensures residents receive medications and treatments safely, accurately, and with dignity in a senior living environment. Key responsibilities include administering medications per physician orders, following the Six Rights of Medication Administration, documenting accurately in MAR/TAR, monitoring residents during and after medication passes, and reporting any concerns promptly. Maintaining clean medication carts and adhering to infection control and safety standards is essential to prevent errors and protect resident health.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience in senior care preferred
