Role Overview

The Medication Aide/Med Tech is responsible for administering medications and treatments safely, accurately, and with dignity to residents in a senior living setting.
Key duties include following physician orders, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Administration, documenting accurately in MAR/TAR, monitoring residents during and after medication passes, and reporting any concerns promptly.
Maintaining clean medication carts and rooms, observing infection control standards, and completing narcotic counts are essential to ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred experience in senior care
