*SUMMARY:*
The Staff Physician provides primary care in a community clinic setting, diagnosing, treating, and managing patient care within licensure scope. They participate in hospital duties, support team collaboration, and uphold organizational mission.

Deliver primary care, order follow-up, and develop treatment plans.Supervise mid-level practitioners and participate in on-call duties.Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and referrals.Participate in peer reviews, CQI, and team meetings.Refer patients to support services when appropriate.Contribute to resource planning and meet productivity standards.*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*
Valid California Physician License.Current CPR/BLS certification.Bilingual preferred.Ability to perform physical tasks and communicate effectively.**Job Type:** Full-time
**Salary:** $265,000 – $300,000/year
