*SUMMARY:*
The Staff Physician provides primary care in a community clinic setting, diagnosing, treating, and ordering supportive care for patients while adhering to licensure scope. They participate in hospital duties and collaborate with staff to deliver quality healthcare.

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
Deliver primary care, coordinate follow-up, and manage treatment plans.
Make referrals and supervise mid-level practitioners.
Document visits accurately using SOAP format and follow medical records guidelines.
Participate in peer review, CQI meetings, and team collaborations.
Refer patients to support services and contribute to resource development.
Attend staff meetings and maintain productivity standards.
*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*
Valid California Physician License
Current CPR/BLS certification
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

*Physical Requirements:*Ability to lift, hear, read, and perform manual tasks necessary for clinical duties.
Full-time position with a salary range of $265,000–$300,000 annually.
