Manufacturing Process Engineer

Role Overview: Design and optimize automotive frame assembly processes using industrial engineering tools to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities: Assist in process development across manufacturing areas, applying lean techniques and maintaining data accuracy. Support departments with systems like PDDA, MDRS, EOS, and participate in cross-functional improvement meetings. Identify waste reduction opportunities, implement ergonomic measures, and support project planning, including new model launches. Maintain AutoCAD layouts, interpret technical drawings, and create reports on key metrics. Gather feedback from production staff to address process concerns.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent experience with 0-6 years in industrial/manufacturing engineering. Proficiency in Excel VBA, work measurement, workstation design, 5S, and lean manufacturing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
