Qualifications and skills required:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical field.
- 0-6 years of experience, with preferred manufacturing co-op exposure.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication, self-motivation, leadership, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and manage multiple projects.
