Role: Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, quality, and cost-efficient care by ensuring competent staff in Med Surg and Outpatient Departments.
Responsibilities: Optimize resource utilization, meet productivity and financial goals, and achieve customer service satisfaction targets. Collaborate effectively with administrative personnel, physicians, and staff to enhance communication, share data, and improve processes across departments.
Qualifications: Graduate of an approved nursing school (BSN preferred), current RN license, minimum three years of nursing experience, and previous leadership or management experience preferred. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required within 90 days of hire. Demonstrates strong human relations and communication skills with broad clinical expertise.
