Ensures equipment maintenance, supplies, and environmental safety, including sterile processing. Participates in committees such as Infection Control and Safety, and collaborates with other departments for scheduling and policy updates. Maintains documentation, monitors quality metrics, and supports regulatory and professional standards. Requires RN licensure, CNOR certification (or equivalent), BLS, and incident command system training, with a focus on leadership, clinical expertise, and compliance.
