Role Overview:
This position is for a Full-Time Mammography Technologist – RT (M) responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures in breast health centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and equipment for mammography procedures, including screening, diagnostic, contrast-enhanced mammography, stereotactic, and biopsy procedures.
- Perform imaging studies independently, including on-call, portable exams, and rotating site assignments such as cancer centers, medical buildings, and mobile units.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s Degree or Trade School equivalency.
- Registered in Radiologic Technology (R.T. (R)(M)) and certified in RT (M).
- Licenses such as IEMA (excluding MRI) and certifications like RTR, CT, MR, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES are required.
- Preferred qualifications include at least 2 years of experience, CPR, and intravenous therapy certification.
