Role Overview:
A Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following state Scope of Practice and organizational policies. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, individualized care to patients with kidney disease, aiming to improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing duties safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Contribute to creating a supportive environment for patients and staff.
- Support patients holistically, enabling better living through dialysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum one year of LVN or LPN experience.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the practice state.
- Current CPR certification.
