Lube and Tire Technician

Role Overview: As a Lube and Tire Technician, you will perform basic vehicle services such as oil changes, tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, and alignments. Responsibilities include driving customers, picking up parts, maintaining shop cleanliness, and conducting safety inspections following state and company guidelines.


Key Duties:

  • Safely operate company vehicles for customer transport and parts pickup.
  • Perform vehicle services and basic repairs while noting any safety or repair needs.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety procedures.
  • Conduct vehicle safety and emission inspections ethically.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years old.
  • Basic understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.
  • Ability to work multiple days including Saturdays.

Physical & Working Conditions:

  • Exposed to loud noises, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures.
  • Must stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 70 pounds regularly.
  • Use of PPE may be required for safety.
