Role Overview: As a Lube and Tire Technician, you will perform basic vehicle services such as oil changes, tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, and alignments. Responsibilities include driving customers, picking up parts, maintaining shop cleanliness, and conducting safety inspections following state and company guidelines.
Key Duties:
- Safely operate company vehicles for customer transport and parts pickup.
- Perform vehicle services and basic repairs while noting any safety or repair needs.
- Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety procedures.
- Conduct vehicle safety and emission inspections ethically.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years old.
- Basic understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.
- Ability to work multiple days including Saturdays.
Physical & Working Conditions:
- Exposed to loud noises, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures.
- Must stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 70 pounds regularly.
- Use of PPE may be required for safety.
