Lube and Tire Technician

Role: Lube and Tire Technician

Perform non-technical vehicle services such as oil changes, tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, alignments, and fluid flushes. Drive customers, pick up parts, and maintain shop cleanliness. Conduct safety and emissions inspections following guidelines. Observe vehicle conditions and report repairs or safety concerns. Follow safety procedures and document vehicle inspections.

Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, minimum age 18, basic automotive knowledge preferred, ability to work at least five days including Saturdays.

Skills & Physical Demands: Capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 70 pounds, and working in varying environmental conditions with PPE as needed. Good communication and vision for color, depth, and focus required.
