The role involves coordinating staff schedules, supporting clinical practices, assisting with admissions and discharges, performing treatments, and rounding on residents to monitor their well-being. The nurse facilitates a positive, collaborative environment, fosters team development, and supports resident and family relations. Key duties include supervising care delivery, ensuring safety, and adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
