This full-time nursing position is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining compliance with policies, regulations, and standards. The role involves supervising staff, fostering a positive team environment, supporting clinical practices, and assisting with resident admissions, discharges, and treatments. The nurse will participate in planning, rounding, and coordinating care while promoting resident and family relations and ensuring safety and confidentiality. Physical, mental, and emotional stamina are required, along with at least 2 years of long-term care experience, an active RN/LPN license, and CPR certification.
