Role & Responsibilities:
The Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) in this role assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients based on nursing standards. The Regional Resource LPN will float between multiple community hospital facilities, providing flexible support across various units such as Med/Surg, Emergency Department, ICU, and more.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
– Valid LPN license in the state of practice
– Minimum of 1-2 years recent bedside LPN experience, depending on specialty
– Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, IV certification as applicable
– Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients up to 50 pounds
