Qualifications include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, current LPN licensure, and recent bedside experience—one year for Med/Surg and two years for specialty units.
Required certifications are BLS, with ACLS and PALS for critical care and ED roles, and IV certification. Physical demands involve standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and patient handling.
