Job Summary: The Clinic LPN provides essential clinical support to healthcare providers, patients, and families by assisting in diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up on diagnostic tests to ensure accurate records and continuous, quality care. They promote a clean environment and deliver care suitable for specific age groups within their assigned clinical area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.
- Assist providers with minor surgical and diagnostic procedures, collect and prepare lab specimens, and document communications.
- Administer medications and vaccines, including skin testing, under provider supervision.
- Maintain examination and treatment rooms, ensuring asepsis and proper equipment readiness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Ability to provide patient-centered care and assist with clinical procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and infection control skills.
