Role Overview: The Clinic LPN provides primary clinical support to healthcare providers, patients, and families, assisting in diagnosis and treatment. They follow up on diagnostic tests to ensure accuracy and proper documentation, promote a clean environment, and deliver care suitable for patients across specific age ranges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and document patient medical history, vital signs, and assist in preparing patients for examinations.
- Provide direct clinical care under provider supervision, including administering medications, vaccines, and performing minor procedures.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, ensuring accurate paperwork and efficient processing.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures, maintain examination rooms, and ensure aseptic conditions.
- Communicate with patients, respond to inquiries, and prioritize information flow to providers for optimal care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Ability to perform clinical tasks, follow protocols, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
