LPN – Practical Nurse – Orthopedics

Role Overview: The Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides primary clinical support in outpatient settings, assisting providers with diagnosis, treatment, and patient care. They document medical histories, vital signs, and coordinate diagnostic tests, ensuring accuracy and follow-up. They assist in minor procedures, prepare laboratory specimens, administer medications and vaccines, and maintain a clean, aseptic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and clinical data.
  • Support providers during examinations and diagnostic procedures.
  • Collect and prepare lab specimens, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Communicate with patients and prioritize provider requests.
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and skin tests as directed.
  • Maintain examination rooms and ensure infection control standards.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Ability to work effectively in a team, follow clinical protocols, and deliver patient-centered care. New and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply.
