Role: Provides primary clinical support in an outpatient setting as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Responsibilities: Obtains patient medical histories, vital signs, and assists with examinations. Supports provider with minor procedures and diagnostic tests, prepares laboratory specimens, administers medications and vaccines, and maintains a clean, sterile environment. Communicates with patients to address questions and coordinate care.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program. Ability to provide care for specific age groups. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
