Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care through treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies in adherence to policies and procedures.
- Assessing patient needs across physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual domains.
- Reinforcing patient and family education, discharge planning, and promoting safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to address patient needs.
- Contributing data for assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Participating in evidence-based practice decision-making and mentoring new staff and students.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of nursing interventions based on patient responses.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and compassionate care skills.
- Ability to coordinate patient care and work effectively within a clinical environment.
Additional Duties: Support unit-based decision-making, provide input for performance appraisals, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
