Role Summary: This position involves providing direct patient care as an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, while addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. The LPN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, participates in care planning, and supports patient and family education, discharge planning, and safety initiatives.
Responsibilities: Contribute to assessments, evaluate nursing interventions, and coordinate care to promote optimal patient outcomes. Assist in unit-based decision-making, mentor new staff, and support evidence-based practices. Ensure compliance with policies and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout hospitalization.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills are essential. The role may involve working evening, night, and weekend shifts, with a focus on safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.
