Position Overview: An Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs throughout hospitalization.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and implementing personalized care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention effectiveness.
Collaborates proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, resolve issues, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participates in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives, maintaining compliance with policies and standards.
Ideal candidates demonstrate compassionate care, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing program, with the ability to perform assessments, prioritize patient needs, and execute evidence-based practices.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills are essential.
Experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
