Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, performing assessments, and developing individualized plans of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Coordinate and implement care plans, including patient education and discharge planning, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies following policies and procedures.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to resolve patient needs proactively.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
- Engage in quality and safety initiatives to improve departmental and organizational outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; possess strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills; committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
Work Environment & Schedule: Clinical setting with hours from 7a to 7:30p, including every other weekend and holiday requirements.
