Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care in assisted living settings under supervision of registered nurses, advanced practice providers, or physicians.
Perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, and ensure residents’ health, comfort, and safety.
Document resident interactions, monitor outcomes, and maintain confidentiality.
Recognize problems, suggest solutions, and respond effectively in emergent situations.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, healthcare team, and families.
Communicate clearly, provide resident education, and support self-care programs.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current licensure, and preferred experience in long-term or sub-acute care.
