Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies.
- Reinforce patient and family education, discharge planning, and promote safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, initiate proactive actions, and contribute to evidence-based practice decisions.
- Mentor and precept new staff and students, participate in unit-based decision-making, and support quality improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program-Nursing.
- Interest in Cardiac Nursing Care; previous cardiac experience preferred but willing to learn.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and compassionate patient interaction skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with flexibility for shifts and holiday/weekend coverage.
Key Duties: Contribute to patient assessments, coordinate care, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and support interdisciplinary collaboration in a fast-paced clinical environment.
