LPN or Med Aide – Hospice – Full-Time Night Shift

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Med Aide (MA) to join a hospice team, providing patient-centered, comfort-focused care during a meaningful life stage.

Responsibilities include supporting symptom management, emotional comfort, and dignity for patients and families.

Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, comfort, and quality care.

Participate in implementing and evaluating care plans for stable and predictable patients of all ages in a home care setting.

Perform assessments, administer treatments and medications, and develop self-care education programs.

Maintain knowledge of nursing principles, medication effects, and safety precautions.

Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program, hold an unencumbered LPN license, and possess BLS certification.

Skills: Knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, patient education, and safety protocols.

Additional details: Self-scheduling, flexible for LPNs working towards RN, with a max patient ratio of 1:4. The role involves rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
