Position Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed healthcare professional, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinates patient care with other departments to deliver comprehensive treatment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing patient care plans and administering treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.
• Current LPN license in the applicable state, meeting all state board requirements.
• Certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support), with additional LPN-IV certification or completion within specified timeframes.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
