Role: Outpatient Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), providing primary clinical support in ambulatory settings.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain and document patient history, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.
- Assist providers with minor procedures and diagnostic tests.
- Collect, prepare, and document laboratory specimens accurately.
- Communicate with patients, respond to inquiries, and prioritize provider communication.
- Administer medications and vaccines under provider supervision.
- Maintain a clean, prepared examination environment ensuring asepsis and readiness of instruments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the ability to provide care for specific age groups.
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow scope of practice.
