Role: Outpatient Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing primary clinical support in ambulatory settings.
Responsibilities: Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and assist with examinations. Provide direct care as directed, assist with minor procedures, collect lab specimens, and prepare documentation. Communicate with patients, respond to inquiries, and administer medications and vaccines under provider supervision. Maintain a clean environment and ensure readiness of exam rooms.
Qualifications & Skills: Current LPN licensure, ability to provide care for specific age groups, and competence in clinical procedures. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Duties: Support providers in diagnosis and treatment, follow up on diagnostic tests, promote infection control, and ensure quality patient care in a team-oriented environment.
