We are seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate healthcare team in a faith-based, nonprofit care facility.
Key responsibilities include responding courteously to residents, staff, and families, following established nursing standards, supervising and evaluating resident care, managing shift reports, and conducting daily resident rounds to address issues promptly.
Qualifications required are an active MA LPN license, BLS certification, with preferred experience in Long-Term Care and PCC systems.
