Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Contribute to patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under RN supervision. Support patient safety, deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, and evaluate care effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, reinforce education and discharge planning, and participate in unit decision-making. Mentor new staff and students, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Demonstrate compassionate care and the ability to address diverse patient and family needs. Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
