Role Overview: This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an outpatient clinic setting, supporting providers and patients with clinical tasks to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities: Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and assist with examinations. Provide direct clinical care, support minor procedures, collect laboratory specimens, and prepare patients. Administer medications and vaccines under provider supervision, maintain sterile environments, and ensure timely communication with providers and patients.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. New and experienced LPNs are welcome. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
