Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in outpatient clinics, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive ambulatory environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting providers with clinical tasks such as obtaining patient histories, vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations.
- Assisting with minor surgical and diagnostic procedures, collecting lab specimens, and preparing paperwork.
- Administering medications and vaccines, including skin testing, under provider supervision.
- Maintaining a clean environment, ensuring asepsis, and setting up examination rooms between patients.
- Communicating with patients, responding to inquiries, and coordinating follow-up on diagnostic tests to ensure quality care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Ability to provide care for specific age groups within assigned clinical areas.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical support skills.
- New and experienced LPNs are welcome.
